Summary/Notes: Action. Falkner mans up to tell Morty what he thinks.
[Falkner felt slightly ashamed that he had to find an excuse to ask Morty to meet him. The weather was still a bit chilly, so it was inconvenient for either of them to leave their respective gyms, but he had to admit that Whitney was right. It wouldn't do to hide things; Morty had been an extraordinary friend and Falkner felt that friends should be honest to each other. His father would surely think him cowardly if he had to keep thoughts just because he was embarrassed. What was he, a girl?
Still, as Whitney said, he should give some trust to Morty as well. Falkner hoped Morty would understand, given the circumstances, that it was normal for the younger man to feel affection for such a compatible personality. And if not, well... he would have no regrets for speaking the truth.
He shook his thoughts away as he saw a familiar figure approach from the gate house. He raised a hand.] Oh! Morty, over here!
