I'm on a boat [OPEN]

Location: Vermilion City, near the docks

Summary/Notes: Katie's just hanging out in Vermilion while she waits for the boat to Canalave.
It had been a long, long month. Some good things happened, too many not-so-good thing happened. Katie was torn between wanting to stay in Kanto forever and wanting to run away. Ultimately, she knew she had to go on her journey; continue it like originally planned. She'd get to Sinnoh and immediately head up to Snowpoint for the party. After that, she'd go back towards Veilstone City in an attempt to complete the Sinnoh Gym Challenge.
One step at a time though. She had to get there first, which meant in waiting in Vermilion. She sat a bench with Hahani at her feet and a book in her hands. She scribbled in it, pointless thoughts to pass the time and try to keep her head clear. Now, after all, was not the time to lose focus. Every few minutes, she'd look up and around her cautiously - as if she was keeping an eye out for someone. Still, a small smile remained on her face; she had to keep her head up in order to succeed, after all.
She pulled out her PNG and looked at the time. 11AM. She still had three hours before the ship was leaving and not very much to do until then.
