At last, I've got some time to type something up.....XD
Written Exams for CE are over... and all I can do is wait.
I need to format my computer. It's getting crappy...
I want to buy a tablet, 'cause I want to draw...
And just yesterday, there was an earthquake in Si Chuan (sp?).
Best wishes to those who have survived( and may they get well soon if they're hurt) and may those who are gone rest in peace.
Its tragic. Yet another quake( I'm thinking about the Tang Shan (sp?) one )... Let's hope that the Olympics can finish without these kinds of hazards happening....
Oh... And I'm wrapping up the 2 topics I mentioned in my last post in this one...'cause I'm just lazy like that...XD
"The Village" is a really simple movie, but the meaning goes deep and leaves one thoughtful.
I love people putting such deep meanings into simple settings(or things that seem simple and naive on the surface)~ <3
Anyone who wanted to watch a horror movie and a horror movie only would feel cheated and disappointed, but anyone who has the brains to think about various matters brought up in the movie would feel that time isn't wasted! Honestly, I really didn't know that it happened in modern time until the people started taking out photos with people who wore modern clothes and the main actress met a car (WT? Funny way of saying it..XD) It sure "wowed" me...XD
AH! And if I remember correctly, the director(or producer or what?) of this movie is going to take part in the AVATAR movie~!!!!! XD
Definitely looking forward to it!!
Ah!! Avatar is finishing off this JULY! SOOOO EXCITED! It's gonna be EPIC! EPIC! <3 ( I fangirl too much these days....)
The second topic I wanted to bring out was erm... Inspired by a book I read...
A character said that, when someone who often uses "I" or "me" too often is self-centered. (It was Yuuko from XXXHoLiC..XD)
Actually, it really depends on the language that one is using, eh?
In some languages, you just can't omit the pronoun "I" or "me" in a sentence, so when you need to say something, you have to refer to yourself all the time............... But does that really mean you're self-centered? Maybe, but I doubt every case is the same.
I still don't know the answer yet...lol~
Another thing is...... I watched "The other boleyn girl" at the cinema.........lol. It was like watching some kind of train wreck. Feels like some kind of "a series of unfortunate events"....(Pun intended....haha!)
And I bought + finished "Death's Shadow" already! HA! My reactions to it will be on the next post...(I guess?)
I guess this post is getting too long... time to stop here!
