Ach, I'm probably going to go for it. I miss torque. ;) It runs out after midrange, but that's an SV thang, and I probably shouldn't have screaming top end in my commuter! I did such stupid things on the GSXR because the power never stopped. This one is a looker and a sounder. I went in after looking up NADA and KBB on my DR and this SV, and ( Read more... )

Heh! I'm actually thinking of signing up as in instructor with the MSF. You get an even bigger insurance break, and some of your bike expenses are written off. And they teach you to teach, which is a skill I am still developing (i.e. still suck at). :p

I think there are a few areas that women are typically considered not to know well, and therefore typically get screwed over on - computers, car/bike mechanics, and car/bike body work. So I've made it my mission to have a passing familiarity with the above, at least to the point where I know when I'm being sold a line of shit...

I build computers and work on my own car. I don't, however, know much about motorcycles...yet.

That's awesome! If you work on cars, you'll find bikes a snap. Everything is just so much more accessible. I think only valve adjustments are more of a pain on a bike than a car.

It is sexy, yes'm. I think the only Genuine Suzuki Accessory that it does not have are the color-match radiator guards. *wonders what they go for* I hear you can't get that fairing anymore, either, so woohoo.

Ahhh, very nice. :) Er ... and I'll leave it there because I'm still confused with the bike jargon. :)
