i needed to set up the hosting account for this hyper-religious owner of wisdomofprophet.com
usually i set up the login name for their hosting acct as the domain name without the .com - the hosting login is the one part of their acct preferences they can not change
i guess i wasn't thinking too well. or maybe i was thinking too well.
i made the login name wisdomofprofit and had to apologize for my mistake but the only way to repair it was to refund/repurchase and he didn't want to do it... and there was nothing i could say about it.
