I just watched David Lynch's 'Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me' and I must say that if you've never seen a Lynch movie you're missing out on quite an experience. He also did Mulholland Drive, in case you didn't know, as well as many others. In fact, 'Blue Velvet' is being rereleased as a special edition dvd this tuesday, so pick it up god damnit! Anyway, Lynch is like a genius. His characterizations are brilliant and his stories are just insane. Everything is metaphor.
On a completely different note, I just picked up an easy 8hr shift at work. I'm in the media department, but I'm gonna cover for inventory on saturday from 12-8:30. Since I don't know shit about that department all I ahve to do is sit around and carry out TVs and what have you AND I get the night off! That also means I can party on friday night since I don't have to get up till 11.
On another completely unrelated note, I just got an email from my friend in Egypt whom I haven't heard from in about 2 months. Apparently she's not dead after all!
Finally, I think req posts on his journal too much for his own good, and probably for that of the rest of the world.
