Summary: Another cooking lesson
Completion: Incomplete

There had been several people who signed up for tonight's cooking class. A few who had attended the first class and a few new people had all reserved a place. Wayne knew that some people might show up without having reserved a place, though, so he bought some extra pans, just in case. He could return them if they weren't used, and he wanted to be prepared. Last class, there had been a handful of people who attended that hadn't owled or dropped by the pub. Hopefully, this class would go well.

It had taken him so bloody long to schedule another class that he was mostly relieved to see that there was still some interest. In the future, he planned to schedule something the first Sunday of the month. That way, he could just make a poster whenever and current students would know ahead of time. If anything ever came up, he could always send out owls to people to reschedule, but he liked people knowing in advance without having to worry about getting sidetracked when it came to advertising.

Since he was teaching people a basic pizza tonight, he had gathered a variety of more traditional ingredients along with a few choices that might not necessarily be on everyone's list of normal toppings. Pepperoni, bacon, sausage, mince, peppers, onions, a variety of cheeses, olives, mushrooms, pineapple, and a few other things were arranged neatly in various bowls and containers on the counter. Everything looked fresh and tasty, which was going to make it difficult to choose the toppings for his demonstration.

He had actually talked to Mrs. McDonald from the market about her ordering pre-made sauce and crust since she told him she did have a supplier of Muggle items, and she had been willing to get him enough of each for the class. If there was interest, she'd probably start stocking a small amount of those things since her cost wasn't too high, so he could let the students know where to pick up those things, since he doubted many of them would actually be interested in making crust or sauce from scratch. He rarely even bothered with homemade crust due to time, but he did prefer his own sauce to most in jars.

After a glance around to make sure that he had provided enough space for everyone and hadn't forgotten anything, he bounced back on the heels of his feet. It was still a little time before class started, but he figured people might start arriving anytime now. While he waited, he might have to try the pineapple. Resistance was futile when it was fresh and right there, so he grabbed a couple of chunks and tasted them.
