Harry had arrived at Lucky Garden before Ginny did, and waited outside on the pavement for her to arrive. It would be good to see her, and he'd been happy to receive her owl earlier in the week. Ginny didn't visit the Ministry much; otherwise, they could have done it on a weekday, but they were both free today, so it worked out.
Hermione had seemed a little odd when he'd told her about his plans to meet up with Gin, and while he wasn't sure why, she seemed alright now, almost as if he'd been imagining it. He would maybe have to ask her if everything was alright, because she hadn't said anything specific.
For now, he waited outside the restaurant for Ginny to arrive. He was looking forward to catching up.
