As soon as the sun was up, Anthony had left his parents'. Things were tense at home between Rachel, his oldest sister, and Dad so Anthony'd been spending a majority of his time at Hogwarts. There was something to be said for getting lost in labor. He wasn't about to chuck his education and become a woodworker or anything, but he did like feeling useful. No word yet on exactly what would happen with the school aside from the fact that OWLs and NEWTs were cancelled for this year. It seemed likely that they'd be permitted to finish their studies, but until he knew for certain, he was uneasy.
Ever since he'd first learned to read at nearly four, Anthony's entire life had been geared toward school and learning. Not knowing where he stood on that was messy. He didn't like messy. Pointing his wand at another window, he cast a Reparo, watching with some satisfaction as the crack sealed itself up. He'd done seven windows and was feeling a bit tired. As no one was directly supervising him, he decided he deserved a break. He sat down, back against the wall and pulled out his battered copy of Dr. No. When he'd last left off, Bond was battling the giant squid. Anthony knew how it ended, but it didn't stop the slight race in his heartrate as he read.
