Gwenog waved goodbye to Joey and left Bludgers. He was a nice bloke, even if he had played for those gobshite Cannons. The Harpies had set June 27 as the date for their open tryouts and Gwenog had decided to drop off some pamphlets with Joey before going to Hogwarts to pay a visit Hooch and old Sluggy. But as she headed towards the castle, she decided to make a detour into the Three Broomsticks. It'd been a while since she'd been in, and she could do with a bite to eat. She'd never much cared for Horace's silly meals of pheasant, after all. Good hearty food was what fueled a Beater, and Gwenog swung open the door with a flourish. Surely someone would buy her a drink and a meal, she thought with a smirk. She couldn't remember the last time she'd bought her own drink. She settled down on a stool and waited to be attended to by the barstaff or an adoring fan.
