Ginny strolled up Diagon Alley with no particular place to go. She knew she would stop by George's shop and say hello, and she knew she would get something to eat. After all, she'd left a note on the kitchen table at the Burrow that said she wouldn't be home for dinner. But it was nice to just be for once.
Being out of Hogwarts and having the ability to wander around without the stress of having to be anywhere or having to do anything was lifting. She smiled because she couldn't help it. Then, she wondered if she might see anyone familiar. A chat would be a nice addition to her afternoon of freedom.
