Eloise stopped by her house to change quickly before heading over to Wayne's flat. Things around the office had been very busy so far this week- tickets were still being sold, but Eloise was also assisting Fleur with last minute preparations and compiling what needed to be said at the benefit. Exhibits needed to be finalized, and Eloise needed to complete a formal outline for the book club.

Reaching Wayne's door, she knocked, realizing she hadn't brought anything with her. Oh well, Wayne wouldn't hold it against her. At least she hoped he wouldn't.

The pizza had just gone in the oven when there was a knock on the door. Wayne wiped his hands on a towel and went over to answer it. "Evening, Eloise. C'mon in."

He stepped aside so she could enter and shut the door behind her. "I've got pizza cooking. Want something to drink? Shouldn't take too long to finish."

"Mmm," she hummed, smelling the pizza right away. "My favorite."

She took off her cloak and shoes. "Water's fine, thanks. I didn't bring anything; I sort of forgot to pick something up. But you always have plenty of food," she smiled.

"How was your day, Mr. Hopkins?"

"Alright. I'll get you some water. Go ahead and sit down." He walked into the kitchen and poured her a glass of water before he got a butterbeer for himself. "And don't worry about brnging anything. Don't have to do that."

"Busy. Had to work all day, and people were in and out buying stuff." He carried their drinks into the sitting room and handed her the glass before he sat in his chair. "How was work? You getting settled in and all?"
