Neville was cooking breakfast when an owl arrived. He tossed the towel he'd been using to hold the handle of the skillet over this shoulder and broke off a piece of sausage for the owl. It seemed inclined to wait around but Neville shook his head, "You don't have to stay. My owl will like the exercise." The bird flew off and Neville closed the kitchen window.

It was from Ginny. Neville turned his attention back to the eggs before they were ruined. After he had everything finished, he poured a glass of milk and sat down to eat and read. He'd reply after he finished the washing up.

Dear Ginny,

I was surprised but it was a pleasant one. You won't believe this but I was planning to write Luna and wondered if it would be okay to write you too.

I've been good. Doing lots of work to get ready for a busy Spring with my landscape business. I was at Ron's birthday party for a few hours on Friday. It was nice. Hermione and Harry really saw to it that Ron was able to have a great time. Pansy and I barely had a chance to talk to him, he ( ... )
