Angelina glanced at the clock. Five more minutes...could she make it? She sighed through a smile. It hadn't been a horrible day, but it had been busy, and she was tired--ready for a break and dinner with a friend.
She closed up the last glass case and wiped it down before stashing her apron and saying goodnight to Carmilla. Wayne would be there any minute, she knew, so she walked to the front door and glanced at the people passing by.
