It felt good not to have to show up at eight o'clock in the morning, Greg thought as he headed for the NEWT common room. His Care of Magical Creatures Class alternated, thank Merlin, and this Tuesday he didn't have it. Instead, he was being diligent and meeting Katie to study to eat up a bit of that free time. He could revise for some of the classes he had more trouble with than Care of Magical Creatures. Fortunately, Katie wasn't one to get up really early either, and so they'd agreed to meet at ten. That would give them a good two hours to study before lunch and work.
Any longer than that in one go, and he'd give himself a massive headache.
He got to the common room first, surprisingly, and dropped his bag on a table. Taking out his wand, he looked around for a few suitable things to Transfigure. He wanted to get some practical studying in, too.
