Dear Andromeda,
I don't know if you got an invitation or not from my dear brother, but just in case he didn't, I thought I'd owl you to make sure you know that you are more than welcome to come as my plus one. And Teddy as my plus one and a half.
The picnic thingy is at Bill's house, and I think you might really enjoy a bit of company, not to mention the fact that Teddy would get to visit the seaside, and be in the company of a couple of dozen adoring Weasley hangers-on.
I have this odd feeling that Bill thinks I'm bringing a date, so it'll be amusing to disappoint him. I promised to look after you for Dora, and leaving you to sit around at home doesn't fit the bill, so be there.
