Stone: Ruination IPA (American Double IPA [Score: 91])
-They're right, I couldn't handle this beer. Too hoppy, too much an assault on the senses, to filling for an afternoon beer. I mean, I could taste the quality, but I poured out half the bottle.
Ommegang: Hennepin (Saison [Score: 91])
Chimay: White Label (Tripel [Score: 87])
Delirium: Tremens (Belgian Strong Pale Ale [Score: 87])
-I liked this, a very drinkable beer.
Corsendonk: Abbey Pale Ale (Tripel [Score: 86])
Don de Dieu (Belgian Strong Pale Ale [Score: 89])
As a side note, I love this state. Beverages & More (www.bevmo.com) has everything I could want, I think. It has much of Sharp Edge's Belgium Draft menu in bottles. Amazing selection compared to Maine. I think this store and I will become good friends.
