Jim sauntered in, a rather unconvincing frown of "pain" on his face.
He'd heard the young Chapel--Tina--was bored. As he was frequently at loose ends himself, and thought she worked too hard, he thought he'd check up on her.
Jim didn't like going to sickbay. It usually meant he'd been hurt, which was not much fun (he didn't mind the getting hurt, just the being hurt), or that Bones thought he was hurt, which was less so because it gave him liberty to poke and prod at him at will.
Jim suspected Bones secretly enjoyed that.
"Uh, yes," he said. Damn. He'd forgotten what he'd decided was injured.
