Tina took a deep breath outside Dr. Noel's office. They'd exchanged a few messages, setting up an appointment, confirming that it would be okay for Tina to haul Darcy along and so on. And Tina remembered meeting the woman a couple of times and finding her very pleasant. But this still felt awkward. And would probably be uncomfortable.

But Dr. Noel was there to help. And Tina definitely needed it.
