One of the benefits of having people over when you were staying in a hotel was that you didn't have much tidying up to do to make the place presentable. So, apparently Vulcans didn't approve of fans on easy sale. This was irritating.

Bill hoped him being purple would make up for it. He rang the doorbell.

Tina opened the door. And laughed. After a moment, she choked out: "So... Am I carrying your baby?"

"Come on in." Tina stepped back and gestured, giving Bill a longer once-over as he passed. "Wow. So purple. You know, this would be even more distinctive than different haircuts, or one you growing a beard or something. I wonder if you could make it permanent?"

Pasha shuffled her feet nervously as she made her way up to Tina's hotel room. She wasn't even that sure why she'd asked Tina specifically, it was only that she felt very comfortable with the older woman and Emma had been impossible to get a hold of since they landed on the Vulcan Colony. Sighing, she knocked on the door. No time like the present and all.

Bill had already been and gone, and Pasha was the only other person Tina was really expecting. So she wasn't surprised at all when she opened the door and saw the young woman on the other side.

"Hi. Come on in."

"Good afternoon." Pasha smiled thankfully as she entered the room. It was a typical hotel room, plain but functional. Exactly what you could expect anywhere else. "Thank you for letting me come ower." She added.

"My pleasure," Tina said, meaning it. She liked Pasha, and certainly wouldn't object to spending more time with her under any circumstances, but especially not when the other woman seemed to have something on her mind and needed to talk to someone. "Come on in to the 'living room' and we can get comfy," she added, leading the way and claiming her usual end of the couch.
