The fun part is the program. It's advancing very well and "fixing" the many bugs is actually lots of fun. The last problem I fixed was caused by someone in the previous quarter changing the database without updating all the field names in the program. They also forgot to put in some IF statements to check if the field was NULL. Textboxes can't be set to NULL, unfortunately. There's only one more fix before the program is completely functional. There are a couple of other things that need to be done, too, mostly making the documentation for the program and some cosmetic surgery on it.
The games was FFXI. Erase finally dropped from insanely overpriced to merely exorbitantly expensive. I also got a party in the Crawler's Nest that was pretty good. The blm that we got at one point went the wrong way and got killed by some very high level bees, Wespes, and I almost had to go get her out. That would have been very tricky and lots of fun, as I learned when I explored the Wespe territory looking for the Crawler's Nest Chest.
In other news a journalist for a respectable paper reported that Archbishop Akinola said that the Church of England (CofE) ought to be suspended from the Anglican Communion because some of the bishops accepted the new civil unions legislation in the United Kingdom. I've heard that that legislation says the CofE's current position on homosexuality is that homosexuals should remain celibate even if they do make use of civil unions laws. This has led to something of a mess in the blogs and listservs interested in Anglican matters. I haven't heard any official comment from anyone so I'm hoping it's a false report.

Dominic Deegan is looking like a lot of fun. After all a banker, a bard (and master swordsman) in hot pink, a flesh golem (dressed as a pirate), and a talking cat are facing a big business land shark.
