1. i was counting down the days til HSM 2 and it was a bit boring at the beginning, but it turned out pretty well at the end!!

3. i am OBSESSED with anything that has to do with california. THE OC ♥, laguna beach (season 1 & 2), newport harbor. i actually really really want to go to college there too.
4. my friend and i plan on taking a trip senior year visiting as many OC filming spots as we can.
5. i love memorizing lyrics and/or lines in movies/tv shows. some of my favorites are/were legally blonde, bring it on, mean girls, high school musical and the OC.
6. i'm insecure and i know i need to change that.
7. if i spent half as much time i spend on the computer studying, i'd probably be a better student than i am now.

THE HILLS.
so i was amazed that MTV decided to air TWO episodes on monday instead of just the season opener :). but hey, no complaining here! anyways....come on spencer, if you don't even know which finger to put the damn ring on, then you probably, wait scratch that, you DEFINITELY aren't ready to get engaged. but to be honest, i'm kinda on the fence about who's side i'm on about this whole rumor thing about lauren. as of right now, i think lauren's being immature about not really confronting heidi. and i have to agree with heidi about audrina sticking her nose in other people's business. this fight is between lauren and heidi. NO ONE ELSE. ok done venting...now about that preview for the season! i'm kinda glad to see jason is back. hopefully not as lauren's boyfriend again, but maybe just someone for her to lean on, because we allll know she'll need someone with this whole heidi situation.
and now a quote from the wierd guys in the MTV commericals:
"who do you think is BFF-er? jason and spencer, or heidi and lc?"
"idk, but i was talking to heidi and she was like r-o-f-l! and i was like, i'd rather l-o-l"

NEWPORT HARBOR.

ok so i REALLY like that this replaced the season 3 laguna cast :) nothing will be better than season 1 and 2, but so far, newport harbor is pretty good! chrissy's parents were starting to get on my nerve, but i'm kinda glad that she didn't let that get to her by still going and talking to clay. but i mean, what the HELL was clay doing inviting allie in at the end of the episode? like seriously, w-t-f? hahah sry just felt like typing what i was really saying. anyways, CHASE IS HOT, grant is not. sure, grant is supposed to be like the 'unofficial mayor' or whatever, but i just don't find him attractive. he seems like a cool guy though...hmm what else? well i'm glad not EVERYONE is pencil thin this season. well, i think. samantha wasn't pencil thin right? well yeah, if it's samantha that i'm thinking of, then good for her for representing most of us watching the show that aren't walking sticks. can't wait what the rest of the season holds in store for us!!

ok, i'm not afraid to say it, but:
1) as i type this, i'm wearing my hsm shirt :)...and
2) i was sobbing throughout the troy-gabriella break up song - "gotta go my own way". i was like "GABRIELLA NO! look! TROY is dying already without you in his life!!" yeah, i may be a dork, but don't deny that you weren't thinking that either. *pause to think* mhmm. that's what i thought.
*smirk* hahahahha! ok sorry. anyways...well hsm 2 started a little rocky for me. imo, it didn't have as great of a beginning as the first. and is it just me, or do some of the songs feel like they just keep going on for forever?? *cough cough*idontdance-number?*cough cough* and also, did anyone else find it kind of annoying that they kept slipping in some of the old song titles into lines? o well i guess the little kids would like it better than i did...but other than the slow start, HSM 2 didn't disappoint me! it was very disney, and i love that...it keeps me feeling like a little kid :) and GOD BLESS HSM 2 for more of the SHIRTLESS TROY! good lord i was practically ready to jump the tv. hahahahha!! and also, is it even more dorky of me to want the 'T' necklace that troy gave gabriella??
can't wait for the sing-along on sunday!!!
well i hope you enjoyed my rantings on the three events i've been counting down to for awhile now!! have a great rest of the summer...you know i will!
