I loved the Maxx! I actually own the entire run of the original comic book as well as a number of the "Friends of Maxx" issues. All because of that cartoon.
I watched so many of those. I have to admit, while not necessarily the best of them all, Batman Beyond does have the best beginning.
A cartoon I've been trying to remember lately was one where these warriors had banners with an animal totem on it and it would summon the animal spirit or the warrior spirit. They sold toys with holograms on the banner. For the life of me I can't remember the name of them.
