I know all the languages of the outside realm, from Celestial to Infernal and even the languages of the Elemental planes. Those languages sounded more like they were meant to be made by mortal tongues. So I assume you must have at least visited the Prime Material Plane.

Allow me to make it clearer, and apologize for confusing you.

The Prime Material Plane is the name for the mortal Plane. Your Earth is in a Prime Material Plane. Every different mortal universe is in a different Prime Material Plane. All of them are connected via the Astral Plane. The Astral Plane also connects the Outer Planes to us. These Outer Planes are called the Seven Heavens, the Nine Hells, the Abyss, Gehenna, Limbo, etc.

In between the Outer Planes and the Prime Material are the middle layers. These are the planes of elemental power. The Plane of Air, Plane of Fire, etc. Also, the two planes that supply energy to clerics and to the Prime Material. Without these two planes, the Prime Material could not exist.

The Negative Material Plane. The Positive Material Plane. Does that make sense?
