leaving on a jet plane...
so they are on their way home now. :(
Happily not too many tears were shed this morning, so that's good.
Last night the kid came upstairs and cried. :( She broke my heart when she was talking about maybe the plane would be delayed. I'm sure we'll see them again.
While I wouldn't call this a successful visit, my sister spent 95 % of the time on her phone and then ran off to visit everybody else, it was nice to see them. Still a surreal experience. Almost like a dream. After a few days it seemed normal for them to be here. And i'm sure after a few days it will feel normal that they are home.
Still, i really hate goodbyes. :(
