10.08- The Lie of the Land

Moffat really enjoys parental love. But I love that Bill saved the day. It's not often that the Doctor fails. Bill was fabulous throughout the ep. Being able to remember her truth- the Monks are lies. Grabbing a chair to beam Nardole . And dude, you do not bust into homes under the new world order. So good on her for hitting his arms.

There was nice tension in that scene where they find Twelve. You knew that he was planning something but there could be a chance that he was being truthful and blas. Did not expect Bill to freaking SHOOT him! But he was her hope and he was telling her that he was helping the enemy.

The regeneration. Is he still so dumb as to use it up? I doubt future him will appreciate that. He already screwed them over when he temporarily got his sight back. Nardole needs to take better care. Plus, she doesn't even know about his regeneration! Fool.

I love Nardole just blathering on about his alien karate and telling about how he's Frankenstein's monster. Like, sweetie, you have more pressing issues.

I really love this team and I don't want to loose them. *sad face*

Missy. Does Twelve really think that she is redeemable? Is it cause he feels like he has redeemed? Cause I just don't think you can take the conniving schemer with a touch of the crazy evil murderer out of the Master. They are the opposite of each other . Missy is his evil mirror (I guess that goes both ways, since Missy doesn't like what she sees in the Doctor)

If they were both good or bad, that would be boring. They may be friends but they are not the same. I just think Twelve is setting himself up to be disappointed. And who knows, maybe Missy is trying and will disappoint herself when /if she can't change.

Too tired to brain anymore. But loving this season.
