How I Met Your Mother
Every once in a while, if we are really lucky, this show manages to surprise you and be awesome. This was one of those times. I LOVED this ep. :) It's been sorely lacking in the B/R department as of late, so it was nice to see them be together again and be so lovely. I don't understand why she can be crying a day later, when he went out of his way to give her a Canadian dinner! He went out of his way for her, he did it all to make her happy. How could she doubt them? Or whatever. Every time they do this stuff, it just makes her crying look even dumber. He adores you, fool!
I didn't see the reveal coming. I thought that maybe she was going to surprise him. But this is so much better. And the fact that Ted was the only one who knew...huh. Not telling Lily was smart lol.
I love when barney acts like a child and gets focused on one thing. The way he was carrying on in the office was cracking me up. PRESS THE BUTTON. He's lucky that she said no. Heh.
I melted into a pile of goo at the end. The reasons why Canada is great- the best reason being Robin. AWE. And JAMES! I wish we could have heard the whole song. Alan Thicke must really love Robin, he has nothing else to do? Hee. Glitter would have been a nice cameo too.
The thing I could have done without was the I can't marry you nonsense. Even knowing it was a lie (and I'm sorry but puppies don't make up for that) just HURT. (though I do hope they kept the puppies. And how awesome that he got more than one? I hope there were five of them!)
So Ted knows about Marshall. I wonder if he will confront him? Poor Lily. This has to be eating at her. She has had to deal with Ted's shit all this time, she probably doesn't have time to really think about what her and Marshall are going to do.
And please let him get there all ready. I feel like we've barely seen Jason this season. AND why are they speeding through Saturday? This day is basically half over, Friday took FOREVER and i wonder if Sunday will be slow too? Huh. I think more has happened in Saturday and we're speeding through it. (not complaining. Friday was BRUTAL)
