How I Met Your Mother (major spoilers in here)
Twice now I've been braced for something horrible to happen to my ships (J/A and B/R) and each time it wasn't as bad as I thought. Yet I will never stop bracing myself for the crap. I'm sure it will be there!
For example- WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS SHOW'S PROBLEM? I hate Ted. Like, HATE him. I wish he would move to Chicago and never be heard from again. I hope he falls off earth and no one notices. I want to slap him and Lily. What kind of friend is Lily? She used to give a fuck about B/R, but now it seems like they don't have a friend in the world. SHE IS NOT THE LOVE OF HIS LIFE. WTF. Why didn't Lily just shake his ass and tell to get the fuck over it. She will NEVER love him. EVER. Barney is her one. He will always be her one, there is nothing this cockroach can do that EVER make her love him. he spends so much time looking back, that he could miss what is right in front of him. WAKE UP and GET OVER IT. JFC i hate this show so much. They just dont' get it, do they? They are making everyone so fucking unlikeable and the whole world is sick to death about T/R. LET IT GO.
I hate this stupid locket story. I swear everyone is turing into spn with the pointless retconning they are all doing. There was NEVER a time in Robin's life that she EVER wanted to marry ted. STFU show. She did not move to fucking Japan to get away from his sorry ass. She went FOR HERSELF. Why can't they let this woman have anything? She can't move out on her own, Marshall has to tell her, she can't open her mouth and tell her finacee how she feels. She can only ever talk to Ted. I am beyond fed up with this shit. I don't want him to give her that locket (even though it will mean that SHE WILL MARRY BARNEY. It had NOTHING to do with Ted. JFC) Lily fucking sucks for enabling him ONCE AGAIN. Don't tell him to be careful you idiot, tell him to fuck off and get a damn life. They are the worst friends ever.
That all being said, fuck it. I LOVED B/R in this. :) The kisses, the I love you (finally) the way they were so happy heading towards their wedding. When they are allowed to be fun, they are wonderful. It's a bit ridiculous that they tried to ruin that couple's night, but I have to accept that this show is horrible. But i loved when he was all, I forgot something and then kissed her. :) In 56 hours, they will be married! That is just :) (I am braced for them to ruin it in some way but still MARRIED. IN HOURS.)
As for L/M- I don't care. I really don't. Move or become a judge, can't be bothered to care. But at least if they have drama, it'll be real and not fake like Ted's bullshit.
And my reaction upon seeing the mother- Oh. She's cute. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE, HE'S AWFUl.
All in all, a blah ep in a blah season. BRING ON THE FINAL SEASON. I am ready to be done with this show.
