Adventures in Reflexology

I was very excited when, a few months ago, a reflexology place decided to hang its shingle in our little town. It is a very hip, forward thinking type of establishment for us. It also has to have some of the best deals ever. Only $20 for a 30 min reflexology treatment. About a month ago, I decided to give it a try, and my feet were very, very happy

Yeah, I KNOW better and I hatehatehate that sick little feeling when you recognize if you'd only listened, you could have prevented ALL of this.

And everything is fodder, isn't it? In fact, that's how I can always tell I'm pulling up--I begin thinking, I can use this...

Is it wrong of me to admit that I am laughing at your pain?

I had a deep tissue massage like that once. Turns out you're supposed to speak up if a massage is painful; not sure about reflexology, though.

No it is not wrong. :-) I am glad somebody got something out of it. Even a laugh. However I do have to confess that I have much more shoulder mobility today than I did before the reflexology, so it's not a total loss.
