So I decided to write about the 2 part finale altogether.
OMG He shot Amy!!!!!! I happen to like Amy, although I do think at times they have her act out of character, like when she was all over the doctor in her room. And at the end of this when she wanted to snog him during her wedding. But it was still shocking that Rory shot her.
Never mind the shock that Rory was there. Leon was (sort of) right. It wasn't just that his death didn't make enough of an impact. It was more that they needed to get him to ancient Rome!
I had no idea the Pandorica was *for* the Doctor. As opposed to having something inside of it that even the Doctor had never heard about. Although Simon's theory was that there would be an earlier incarnation of the Doctor was a good one, I knew it couldn't be as they are *horrible* at hiding guest stars!
As for Part II - I think I counted 10 paradoxes in the first 10 minutes. I realize they 'fixed' most of them just after they were all in the museum, but they were still there.
I thought it was a very good ending to a half way decent series. They left plenty open for the next series (I still think the voice in the TARDIS sounded like William Hartnell. No idea what they might do with *that*!).
And now we wait until Christmas...
