omg. so like, i know i said i'd talk about my feelings about the 7th book, but no time now.
this weekend has been con (and by weekend i mean preview night was wednesday, and it goes until sunday) which has been fucking amazing. things i recommend you downloadgo see (at some point in time) are: the season premier of Family Guy. it's basically what spaceballs is to star wars: a new hope, from the bit that i saw. fucking HILARIOUS. you need to watch this ep when it airs. Shoot 'Em Up fucking hilarious running around shooting shit and fucking up cars and shit with a goddamned BABY in his arms. and the carrot! i'm going to have to see this one when i get a chance, and so are you. The Golden Compass looks pretty freakin awesome. Reaper has been directed by Kevin Smith (who is fucking hilarious, btw), and is a show that will be on the CW tuesday nights at 9 starting the 25th of sept (if i do remember correctly). this, of course, lead to what kevin thought would be an awesome commercial when this guy said "i have never watched the fucking CW, but now i will". in all basicallity, this show is pretty freakin cool - reminds me a bit of dead like me, hilarious freakin characters, and kevin actually made a movie that he says he thinks "looks good"! um. i think that's all my recommended watchings for now. i do think that one of the more awesome things you guys probably won't get to see are the awesome threstral figurines (and the bella looks fucking amazing as well) put out by gentle giant.
i went last night (at midnight) to see rocky horror live, which was fucking amazing, i really missed that. lots of different callbacks from the ones in the purdue area, but still, it was so fucking fun. i had such a blast, but sort of lost my voice. whoops.
today i'm going to the sold out day at con which should be....a clusterfuck of a nightmare for me.....too many goddamned people. i can only hope that i'll get to see half of the shit i want to there today. then tonight i'm hopping a train to the l.a. area to see my craig who shall be up there to do god knows what for a relative. i'm hella thrilled. and on that note, i need to finish getting my ass ready! *dashes off*
