With his heart beating like he had been running, Sungmin screamed. His body became light weight as the elevator plummeted. Feet rose, but the slight flight was stopped short as the elevator hit concrete. Sungmin lay under the roof of the elevator after elevator imploded with the sudden stop. He was lifeless and limp.
---
‘Did I die?
‘Am I dead?’
Blackness surrounded him, engulfed him.
“I don’t want to die! I need to live for Super Junior, for my parents, for my brother-for---for---“ Sungmin paused to think.
“Hyung, are you alright?” Kyuhyun questioned. Sungmin turned to look at the younger, but the younger avoided his gaze. He looked embarrassed.
-
“Hyung, don’t you trust me?” Kyuhyun wrapped an arm around him. The warm embrace felt bone chilling; Sungmin jumped, scared.
-
Sungmin kept his head down as fangirls reached out for him in the Beijing airport. In front of him he saw Kyuhyun looking at him with a worried expression, but the gaze was only on him…not on any of the other members going through the same mauling.
“For---for Kyuhyun.” Sungmin swallowed painfully. He shook and tried to get a gulp of air, but it was useless. It was like a fish out of water. Kyuhyun loved-or at least liked-him. Sungmin had been so oblivious. But now he was deal. Forever. Never to know what could have happened.
The chance had faded away.
---
Head pulsing, body heavy, she shifted. Pain swept through his body and Sungmin winced in recoil. He needed to find Kyuhyun. He needed to. He wanted to apologize for everything-but mostly for being oblivious. But exhaustion was seeped into his bones. Sungmin laid helpless and alone.

Kyuhyun sighed as he watched a nurse try to subdue Sungmin’s restless, unconscious form. He had been in a hospital for the past three days, an eventless three days. Super Junior members had been excused from schedules temporally. E.L.F. had sent their love out to Sungmin and the other members, praying he’d be alright. Members came and left daily, except for Kyuhyun.
Managers and Eeteuk suggested that it would be best if they could make some schedules to not disappoint fans. Everyone half agreed, wanting a distraction, but, at the same time, it seemed wrong to go out and be all smiles. Kyuhyun couldn’t attempt to do so. Sure he could do it with the Henry situation, what SM told him and member to do, and the packed, impossible schedules. But with Sungmin like he was, he just couldn’t bear it.
-
“What did she say?” Kyuhyun asked. It was nearly night and Hankyung and stopped by after a program. A nurse had filled him in on Sungmin’s condition since she could not tell Kyuhyun as he didn’t understand Mandarin.
“She said he was stable but with him convulsing like he has been, they don’t know exactly what’s the problem. They don’t know if it’s nightmares or something. They say he could wake up anytime.” Hankyung explained. Kyuhyun did do nor say anything in response, besides stare at Sungmin’s immobile figure. The Chinese man hovered for a moment, putting a hand on the other’s shoulder, before leaving. As soon as the door clicked shut, tears spilled.
“Sungmin, when will you wake up? When will I see your smile again?”

Kyuhyun slept in a wooden chair by Sungmin’s hospital bed, with his head resting on the bed and his hands clasped around his elder’s left hand.
The other was awake.
“I’m not dead.” Sungmin whispered. “I’m not dead.” He repeated. He couldn’t believe it. “I’m not dead and Kyuhyun’s here.” Still weak, Sungmin couldn’t jump up and be happy over the fact he was not dead and Kyuhyun was by his side. Sungmin settled for squeezing the two hands cupped around his.
Kyuhyun stirred and looked up groggily. Sungmin’s face wasn’t asleep like he was expecting it to be, but awake. The younger’s eyes lit up.
“Sungmin…”
“Kyuhyun,” Sungmin replied hoarsely. Kyuhyun did what Sungmin had wanted to. He jumped up and smothered Sungmin in a hug, forgetting that Sungmin was sore and in pain, but it did not matter. As long as his danhobak wasn’t hurt, everything was ok.
Sungmin smiled and sniffed as his nose became runny. Drops fell on to his nose. Sungmin crossed his eyes trying to see what had fallen. His half smile faded as he stared at the white-washed roof.
“Kyuhyun…the roof. The roof!”
Releasing the hug, he followed Sungmin’s gaze upward. Written in a rough script was:

And it was written in blood.
A/N: Sufficiently creepy? I thought so when I wrote it. Originally it was going to be written on the wall but as I transcribed this chapter from paper, I changed it. A lot more creepy in my opinion.
Anyways, sorry for being gone (I feel really bad after trying to find the first entry. 140 entries back). I had to write a ten minute speech on cloning, AP classes becoming a pain as they try to finish before May 9th or whenever, and being too lazy to transcribe this chapter from paper because a drama and a movie distracted me(finished this Thrusday, again I’m sorry!). I hope to update soon. ^_^ I hope I didn’t lose anyone from not updating. x.x
