Madhouse: Bathroom/Kitchen
So today I went out to the new house to take a look at things and get a bit of stuff done. Just to get a feel on what needs to get done first.
I was at the house yesterday trying to see if I could get the water turned on in the bathroom, and it turns out that the water started leaking out of the pantry-kitchen ceiling and into the basement. YAY! :D In a way the failure means I found the valve to the bathroom.
Today I pulled down the drop ceiling out of the pantry-kitchen. Seems like whomever put it in decided to leave a dozen brick and rocks in the ceiling as well.
Turns out that there's a copper pipe going over the pantry into the bathroom that is both popped out of a coupling and ripped before going through the floor. That's step 1. Step 2 probably comes after we turn the water to the bathroom on again.
