Spoke to BoA yesterday. So far everything is conditionally approved for the loan. We just need to make sure the utilities are on at the time of closing. It's still 4 days untill closing, we're not out of the woods yet.
Edit: Just as I thought, something went wrong. We have to push the date back to the 20th because BoA requires all of the utilities to be on at the time of the closing.
Gas wont be available untill the 19th and the electrical needs to have an inspection done on the service before we can have it turned on.
