a poem my freind greg wrote
The last one:
So young So confident
Exposing your desires you'll
inflate from innocent arrogance
a baloon ungrasped some years ago
at a moment you can't remember
Only to soar high untill
it burts in an astute atmosphere
shards pitiying down to Earth
most to be lost forever
Courageously you'll strive to
do which no one else can
to reconfigure in the present
the past
Fixated inversly introspecting,
you'll try all the products
to make your pretty face
pretty
And dress in clothes unfitting
strangling your personality
As dedicated in pursuit as those
who built Babble,
the critical life factors will
suffer soley as a result of your
aspiration to court not me
but one much hotter
A moment you'll elate
a smile confident and wandering
yet undedicated to its cuase
Then you'll plummet to an empty
hole waiting alone in your room to
at this point sacrifice
regretfully your dignity to
feel appreciation
Yet to me your face will bear
always the same resemblance
You will still be the same
but your eyes will be
written on a masterpiece
which fails to answer the question
and forever be less blank
Over your bare body scars will uncover
prouldly which you once so futiously hid
and men will strive to treat them tenderly
when they need it not
Then Upon the world you'll set your passionate
eyes finally finding your balance
And then I'll yearn to be with you.
