Spent the weekend celebrating my birthday (actually tomorrow). While today's special event was a baseball game where the local team lost 14-1 (but I got a free slice of pizza and a t-shirt out of it), yesterday was, well, wicked awesome!
Don't take my word for it, though; take my video:

Essentially, the highlights:
- Roundhouse Park's miniature train passed on by us. But dang, that whistle was loud.
- The Blue Jays drummer was cool with the suiters dancing to his beat
- Lots of people around the SkyDome
- Dancing to violin at the SkyDome
- Almost an hour spent dancing at Luminato's main outdoor venue, where They Might Be Giants was performing some sort of family show.
- Having fun at Woofstock
- One final group supper, partially eaten in suit before finally ruining the magic.
In any event, I managed to draw a crowd of 22 for the event, despite not having a suit myself, and despite the threatening rain...
...I still want one though, and I think I found a local builder that gets pretty darn close to my style (and cheap too!).
