Inauguration Weekend . . . .
Last night was the big banquet for the Yap leadership as we approach the peaceful treansition of power. I was morose over the Dall game anyway, so I made great company for the outgoing Governor, Lt. Governor and OPB Director (who ran for Lt. Governor in a losing effort) and we toasted their pending unemployment every 5 minutes or so . . . .
