Ouch

My abs and legs hurt. Back to the Taibo again. I never thought that stuff would ever work. I was one of those people that thought you had to work out for more than 30 minutes or an hour or whatever to get a good workout. I was wrong. For swimming, yes. I still love to swim for HOURS on end. I just wish I could do it more often. But damn this Taibo kicks the shit out of you. I'm hoping it will help my stomach muscles return to what they used to be. And i'm picking up my carrots again tomorrow and maybe green peppers. Yes Brooke, I know i'm weird, but I just love to eat them and they're super good for you. Getting back in shape is goood. I haven't smoked for 3 days now. I guess I just forgot to. haha. Kicked it once, I guess I can kick it again, eh? Besides, nicotine only stays in your system for 48 hours. It's out of my system now. The rest is just psychological.

Trying to earn some extra money. Anyone know of any work at home things I can do? I need to work around a full time job but do not want to take up every minute.

Anyways, I'm gonna go do some reading and drink my wine and then sleep.
