Life comes at you fast
You don't know what you have until you don't have it anymore. Don't take advantage of what you have because one day you will turn around and everything will change on you. Life goes on but it gets harder.
I leave for Florida tomorrow and I very excited about that. I think that this is going to be a really fun trip! I hope that I don't forget anything when I leave though.
I am going to teach an AP Government class on parlimentry precedure and how to write Bills. I am pumped. I am doing it through a program called youth in legislature. It is going to be a blast. And it is going to look good for when I apply for my internship in DC this summer. I need to find three people to get recomendations, write a 10 page essay on my veiws of congressional representaion from a constitues perspective and send in a sample of my normal wrtitting. I am hopefully going to contact Lee Sellers and find out about going to Girl's State this year as a leader. I think that I might skip the survy of American histroy and jsut dive into my 300 level classes next semester. I might take the second part of Western Civ at Jeff State with Bartly Brown,(yeah don't ask why) I am not enjoying this ancient crap. Hopefully the second part of Western CIv will prove to be better than this.
This Wed. Mendle (WC professor) was not there so he left us a video of him reading the book to us will showing us some overheads in his office. The best part was that there must have been a dog and a bird in his office because you could hear them in the background. I fell asleep after I copied the note first of course.
