Smallville Moving Most Likely to Fridays

The Hollywood Reporter is working on figuring out the CW's schedule for next fall (will be officially announced tomorrow at their upfronts) But here's what they've so far figured out:

Rumored CW schedule:

Monday
8 p.m. "Gossip Girl"
9 p.m. "One Tree Hill"

Tuesday
8 p.m. "90210"
9 p.m. "Melrose Place"

Wednesday
8 p.m. "America's Next Top Model"
9 p.m. "

I'm beginning to think they want SciFi to just go away. Of course, our option is to go away as viewers.

Maybe it's time for me to go invest in Stargate DVD sets and say screw it to broadcast TV.

I love Stargate - I got into it because my sister got all of the DVDs for Xmas one year.

It looks like the networks to support are going to be ABC & SyFy - because everyone else is jumping ship for Sci-fi programming.

ABC is the strongest with FLASH FORWARD, EASTWICK, and V all coming. If we don't support their new shows, I think we're again going to be glutted w/ boring crime dramas and nothing else.

Hmm. My Thursdays are going to be insanely busy now that Fox moved Bones AND Fringe to Thursdays. Plus Supernatural and The Office if they don't move them. My mom watches Smallville, so that's at least one less on Thursday, but that's a shame because it does seem like Friday would be a death slot for that show. :( That sucks, b/c from what I understand the show is still running fairly strong. :(

I need to see Legend of the Seeker pop up on something soon!

I'm kinda intrigued by the Vampire Diaries. It's on after the Bones timeslot so it won't cause a conflict for me ;-)

I think I might like friday, just because I don't work then. But hate it's an hour later. blech. Hopefully it'll help the ratings. but after the suckfest last week who knows.
