Several things generally get me excited about males - looks are a part of it, but voice factors in hugely to my deciding if someone is hot or not. I love Brian Austin Green from Terminator, but his voice is a turn off for me so he doesn't make the cut. I also gravitate towards brunettes and I also have a thing for hot bald guys.
So here we go!
1) Craig Horner - If anyone couldn't GUESS that this was going to be my #1 choice, you obviously haven't been paying attention to the fact that I've completely spammed my journal w/ photos of him. I just love this man - when you see him in interviews he's just spontaneously enthusiastic about life and bursts into megawatt smiles that turns you into a grinning fool while watching him - yet he's just as hot when he's serious. And the man's ripped beyond belief - he's a bit lean for my tastes right now (although I swear he's bulked up quite a bit since he started on LOTS last Summer) - but he's got the shoulders and the bone structure to really fill into that frame of his. He doesn't seem to take himself overly seriously which is also a major bonus and has a nice voice that rumbles w/ his lovely Aussie accent that will only get richer as he gets older. Yum to young hot eye-candy!
2) Tom Welling - Tom is BIG BIG BIG! The man is huge at 6'4" and as the seasons of SV have progressed he's gotten larger, broader, and hotter than ever. This season he's been allowed to wear adult clothing and his bangs are off of his face. We're finally getting to see Tom the former supermodel become the superman we all know that he can be. I just want to thank the person who invented dress slacks - Tom fills them out beautifully. Tom is the sole reason that I begrudgingly still watch Smallville. He's the ONLY reason to watch when Erica isn't on to share the screen with him. So long as Lana's not there - I'll watch his eps just to bask in the glory of his beautifulness. Tom also has a nice voice that can get deeper when he tries.
3) Hugh Jackman - First time I saw Hugh was on Jay Leno promoting the first X-Men movie. I was like eh, tall, good looking, whatever...then Jay brought up that Hugh had done Oklahoma! on the London stage and asked if he'd share some of his singing talent. Hugh burst out of the chair and exploded into this glorious chorus of OKLAHOMA! and I swear I melted in my chair. He went from a 5 to a 100 in my book in 1 second. The man looks that good AND he sings w/ a GORGEOUS voice? Gah...he's got the body that I swear Craig Horner will eventually fill out into. Y-U-M-M-Y! *Sigh* Yes, I love Australian men.
4) Jason Momoa - aka Ronon Dex on Stargate Atlantis. Do you notice a theme here? I like my men w/ big muscled arms, are tall, and beautifully fit. Jason is just scrumptious eye candy - plus he's got the bonus of having this deep, growly voice that is uber sexy. The dreds are hot too.
5) Mitch Pileggi - yeah I know - grandpa Samuel beat both of the Winchester boys for making my top 5 sexy men list. I believe it was when the episode AVATAR aired for THE X-FILES that I officially became an AD Skinner nut. The man has a killer bod even as he gets older. He's always had this perfect V shaped back and looks fabulous in dress slacks. Mitch also has a gloriously deep voice and he radiates intelligence in his roles - whether it's as AD Skinner or Colonel Caldwell on SGA - when he speaks, he becomes the center of screen attention - he's got charisma that hooked me in many years ago. I'm thrilled that he's continued to thrive in the Sci-Fi universe. Oh yeah, and bald IS sexy!

Owain Yeoman - The Mentalist - I met and interviewed this man in person last January - first off - he's HUGELY tall. And his lovely, soft Welsh accent and pretty blue eyes floored me. He's my favorite hot cop on TV.
Misha Collins - looks like an older Craig Horner (Craig w/ blue eyes,) has a sexy growly gravelly voice.
Jeffery Dean Morgan - Guh - the man has a dorky laugh but damn he's hot. Again I love his voice - particularly when he played John Winchester and made it all deep and growly.
Hayden Christensen - I couldn't end a list of sexy men w/o my favorite Canadian. Hayden's the reason that I love Anakin Skywalker so much, the man oozes charisma on the screen. He's overall too skinny for my usual tastes and could use beefing up - but he still one of my favorites.
