Everyone has holy grails when they're collectors - items that we desperately want to own but are always just out of financial reach. Recently one of my grails finally came into grasping range and I actually managed to get it! I scored this GORGEOUS Robert Tonner repaint 16" fashion doll repaint and am beyond thrilled! She was repainted by doll artist Cindy Lorimer and wonderfully looks like Natalie Portman.
THIS is the type of doll that I'm looking for Robert Tonner to create with my petition! I've pictured her with my 18" Diamond Select Anakin Skywalker and I think that they look great! He's a little hulking and has a bit of an intense expression but when posed right he looks fine. I'm so happy to have a 16" Padme to go with all of my taller male figures since Diamond only made a limited number of them.
Currently she's wearing an early Tyler Wentworth nightgown, but I've got an Ep3 outfit that I've commissioned that I'll be sure to photograph when I get it!
