NH Update...
Successfully returned from NH.
The tree limb is still on the roof. The insurance company and the tree cutting services have been called.
What appears to have happened is a micro burst of weather, heavy winds and rain. And funnel clouds. And, 20k people across our area without power.
This includes the Lake as we found out, the Lake is on an old Christmas Tree type of set up. One house in the chain gets hit and you can deduce the rest.
The amount of busted trees in and around Wolfeboro was surprising to me.
The iPhone worked out well until the battery drained and I don't a car adapter, yet.
Generally we took pictures and cleaned up the mess, had dinner and got out of town.
One the way home while listening to repeats of Prairie Home Companion, three EBS alerts went up for Maine, one for a Tornado.
Freaky weather indeedy.
Time for bed, work, open extra casting call then work then home and sleep.
