I have a new manager. Of this fact we are not amused. He's the youngest, least experienced member of the development team. He has however been at the company for 5 years longer than I have and was most definitely the previous managers favourite, plus apparently he's enthusiastic and expressed an interest in doing the job. He's had the job a week and so far his most substantive action is organising a desk move. I don't think he's got a clue what he's let himself in for.
Time for a new job I think. And what do you know an interview next friday.
