Taking Control and taking out O boy!!!
Since O boy cannot repect our request of not being on the phone after midnight, something had to be done. So...I decided to get the RA involved and take action! However, before I went and talked with the RA, I e-mailed her on what I needed to do to get him booted out and she replied saying I should come talk to her first to discuss my options. So inorder to keep my meeting short with her, I made up a small proposal, essentially listing our grievances(Jon and I) with O boy (grant) and I care to share that letter with you. It goes as follows:
List of grievances:
1. Uses other’s belongs before asking
2. On the phone all day and majority of the night until 2-3am, most days if not all
3. Indecent when walks in from class by striping down to his boxers at night, treats the living room as his bedroom
4. Constantly grabbing himself and then touching communal items, i.e. remote controls
5. Many warnings to get off the phone at night go unheard and unanswered
Purpose of being here at school is to learn and go to class...not listen to someone talk to his girlfriend 5+ hours a day and night. With the loss of sleep and aggravation caused by the constant phone calls during the evening and early morning hours, studying and most importantly sleep is compromised. Jon and myself have done all we can to control the situation and now its just gotten out of our hands, we just cannot put up with the annoyance and aggravation.

(Now if I wanted to make this a true "kick his ass out" proposal, I would have added the following line: So in conclusion, I feel the proper action to be taken in this matter would be to remove Grant Brusky from the University Residence of Hilltop 31-16 to another location on campus, if room allows, or take him out of the University Resident Life system completely so that other students are not treated to the same inconsiderate and disrespectful behavior we have encountered during this school year. ahahaha)
I took this signed letter up to her and she siad I could fill out a Roommate Contract stating what we agree on for phone usage at nite. Well let me tell ya..Jon said its up to me on what I want for the phone hours and he will agree to what ever I say..so I am putting a ban on the phone between 12midnight and 7am, Sunday through Thrusday. He can talk all he wants Friday and Saturday nite--oh wait, he's never here on a Friday or Saturday nite...odd how that works out. :-) If O boy decides to break this contract, disciplinary will be taken. Meaning, if he trys to sneak a phone call and wakes my ass up one more time...He's out! (hopefully) hahahahaaah!!! (evil laugh)
