'Run', a poem for our most beloved man, Jeremy Brett ~ with so much love xxxx
Standing upon the shore, endless energy surrounds me.
The air electric, unmistakable is your presence.
No distance shall keep me from you, a gift never to be squandered.
Your voice beckons me...
"Walk with me and take my hand,
I will help you understand.
There are no bounds left for me,
allow me now to set you free.
Run, my little one, run to me!"
Inside the mist I hear you call,
swiftly ascending above it all.
Your spirit moves through me.
I run to you whom I hold dear,
the journey begins your words I hear.
"The time has come for you to see,
run, my little one, run to me!.
I am always by your side,
nothing ever for you to hide.
What is left unsaid I know,
this my presence does now show.
Come to me! "
You appear before me in a flash of light,
arms wide open, your smile so bright.
My heart skips a beat in time,
your eyes upon me, your hand in mine.
My soul rejoices in your embrace,
consumed by you in this heavenly place.
"I am forever you must see,
aware of all that is done for me.
Your thoughts I read and hold so dear,
simply run to me and I am here.
My name ever present in your mind,
I am with you throughout all time."
No sad goodbyes.
Softly you whisper...

I truly believe that Jeremy is indeed with us always, and I hope that my poems convey many of your own feelings as well. As always, dedicated to Jeremy, with my deepest respect and love. Also, my thanks go out to him for bringing this family of friends together. Jeremy never stops giving...there is such great strength to be found in such love.
