I read this before work this morning and it came back to me throughout the day, especially tonight as I watched Smallville. Hubby and I have always had that pet theory about Chloe, that somehow she will be Clark's real Lois. It was so exciting to read about it. I love this AU!

Wow... I think you're the first person who has really had one of my stories stick with them. Half the time, my own stories seem to haunt me, but nobody else seems to remember them after reading them. lol

Yes! Score another one for the team! lol I'm a very hardcore Chloiser, so I have a lot of stories that deal with it. I don't know exactly how many of those I'll end up posting at au100, but they're scattered through my lj.

There's one story that follows this one, which I plan posting tonight.

lol...that was so classic! i always thought it was hilarious how dense people were about clarks identity...like glasses change your look THAT much. but having clark sit there and go wow shes shorter, prettier, and looks nothing like she used to, but she must be lois cuz she says she is. hehe. its funny. but i really liked how you worked out the chlois theory in this one. it was very touching and sweet. you know i really wouldnt mind if season 7 began with a five years later, because i would love to watch allison and tom do the lois and clark thing. if tom would just swallow his pride about the tights hehe. the only thing that bugged me was chloe trying to sound and act like lois, because ed seriously gets on my nerves. lol! but overall very good story! and btw...your stories always stick with me...especially the really juicy ones. ;)

If Tom would wear tights just once, I would die a very happy woman. lol

Thank you! I loved writing this, as well as the two other stories in the trilogy. This was a total labor of love for me, and it remains one of my favorites.
