One True Pairing Ship: Jack/Irina (seriously, these two are such an incredible tag-team that if they ever decided they wanted to take over the world, it would happen. Like, yesterday.)
Canon Ship: Mulder/Scully (always and forever), Will/Francie (oh, Real Francie, I miss you so!)
"If this happens I'll stab my eyes out with a spork" 'Ship: Weiss/Allison (I am terrified about this possibility. Truly, deeply terrified), Harry/Hermione (for which I blame all the fics that were meant to sell me on this idea -- I had no opinion about Trio shipping before I started reading fic)
"You are one sick puppy" 'Ship: Syd/Sloane (Sloane/ANYONE is a bad thing, but this is the worst), Snape/Dumbledore (so wrong on so many levels)
"I dabble a little" 'Ship: Harry/Ginny (I do think they'd be a good match, and not in the least saccharine -- unlike, alas, most of the fic), Ron/Hermione (though I confess it doesn't do a whole lot for me most of the time), Remus/Tonks (entirely friede's fault), 7th Doctor/Benny (entirely Kate Orman's fault)
"It's like a car crash, all wrong but I can't stop watching it" 'Ship: Draco/Ginny (I blame Arabella and Jedi B. for making it so darn convincing), 5th Doctor/Tegan (it's Anne Ellis's fault)
"Tickles my fancy but not sold quite yet" 'Ship: Sark/Lauren (that is, if I can convince myself they're not related -- which used to be my problem with Syd/Sark as well), Moody/McGonagall (I need to see more fic to make up my mind), T'Pol/Trip (what? Why are you looking at me like that? It used to be even worse -- I was kinda leaning toward T'Pol/Archer. Then I realized that I hate Archer)
"Makes no canon sense but why the heck not" 'Ship: Snape/Luna (more fic! More fic!)
"Everyone else loves it but I just don't feel it" 'Ship: Remus/Sirius (theirloveissoNOTcanon), Harry/Draco (get real), Mulder/Krycek (huh, Krycek and his mirror, maybe), Doctor/Iris Wildthyme (most obnoxious, insufferable, stupid Mary Sue ever, and she's in the official DW novels! And this monstrosity was perpetrated by a so-called pro with several original novels to his supposed credit! Blech!).

I'd also like to add another category:
"Used to sail but now think it's pretty well sunk" 'Ship: Syd/Vaughn (if only JJ hadn't turned Vaughn into Spy Ken and then bored the life out of me with the Triangle, I might be shipping this still)
And on a completely unrelated subject, I'm relieved by the recent (as of last week) turn of events on 24, because I was feeling guilty for finding Gael attractive. Now I can just go back to worrying that he'll fall victim to the show's inevitable ridiculously high body count, like Reza and Yusuf did last year...
