Though that reminds me of a Eurosceptic Tory going on about how we couldn't have the Euro, because then the Queen wouldn't be on our banknotes, and was apparently completely unaware that she isn't, and never has been, on Scottish notes.

We'll let you have them on a 50/50 timeshare, if you like? But you'll have to pay for their upkeep while they're over there. They're not the world's *cheapest* pets, y'know. =:o>

If I ever emigrate, it's most likely to be to Canada. Ideally within easy driving distance of the Niagra Falls... Although based on my one experience of them so far, there's a danger that I'll become mesmerised and die of hunger/thirst while gazing out over them. =:o}
