TMJ pain
OMG the TMJ pain has just hit me incredibly hard all of sudden. Pain in neck, shoulders, jaw, sinuses, eyes and headache. Please let there be Advil and vicodin in my car. For those of you that don't know TMJ can be caused by stress. Lets see what stress I've been under lately in no particular order: dealing with the death of my mother, work, being in a musical and at the same time rehearsing a play, unresolved matter with a friend, can't get a handle on my weight gain (another stress indicator), feeling of loneliness, no romance in my life. And I'm sure there is more.
